How to adjust the laser welding machine optical path

Automatic laser welding machine and adjust the optical path of the laser must be carried out by specially trained personnel, otherwise they will be offset or laser detuning damage to the optical path of the other components.
The step of adjusting the laser resonator is as follows:
1. Check the benchmark of light source
The red semiconductor laser is the benchmark of entire optical path, it must first ensure its accuracy. Using a simple height gauge to check whether the red light optical bench top surface parallel to the rail, and in the light with the center line of the seat between the two rails, if deviation, it can be adjusted by 6 fastening screws. After adjustment, check again and note that all the fastening screws are completely tightened.
2. Adjust the output mirror (output medium diaphragm) position
Before adjusting the output mirror, you should remove the condenser chamber which is equipped with a YAG rod , so as to avoid the light path refraction deviation affecting the YAG rod adjustment accuracy.
The exact location of the output medium diaphragm should be to make the red in its center position and red light can completely reflected back in the exit aperture, or should be carefully adjusted by the diaphragm holder knob. Note that adjustments should be finished film frame adjustment knob locking ring fully locked to ensure the stability of its position, and then check again whether the position of the reflected light is kept in place.
3. Check the installation position of the YAG rod
Transparent adhesive tape were attached to the ends of the YAG rod sets, observe the red spot is in the middle position of the two bars of the sleeve, if the deviation, shall be corrected by adjusting the position of the condenser chamber. Then observe the YAG rod position reflected light, red light exit aperture should coincide, otherwise in both the red light under the premise of keeping the rod bushing center position adjustment position as the condenser chamber, the reflected light as possible and to move closer to the exit aperture. It should at least be adjusted to ensure that the exit hole deviation is less than 1mm.
4. Adjustment totally reflecting mirror (all-trans medium diaphragm) position
Step1: Check whether the red light in the middle of the medium diaphragm, or should adjust the installation location of the media film frame to make the red light in the center of the medium diaphragm.
Step2: Approximately adjust medium diaphragm frame knob, so that the red light is reflected back to the perforation.
Step3: Turn on the laser, about 200A, adjust the pulse width to about 2ms, repetition frequency to 0Hz, step on the foot switch to enable pulsed xenon flash lamp,in this time, use full exposure of all black image paper in the front of output mirror, can observed laser output, repeatedly adjust the diaphragm frame two knobs, the output spot most round and uniform, then gradually reduce the current to approximately 120A, further fine-tuning knob repeatedly carefully, as much as possible make the spot most round and the strongest part of the focus on the center spot.
Step4: Check whether the laser coincides with the red light, the paper is fixed to the front end of as laser output mirror, and as far away from the location of the output mirror, a laser pulse is emitted, to observe whether the center coincides with the red light spot center image on paper, if not coincide, you can fine-tune the output mirror and a total reflection mirror, so that the light spot coincides with the red light, and then fix paper in the place from the laser output mirror 800 ~ 1000mm, and check again whether the spot coincides with the red light.If better coincide with the laser, that is adjusted to the optimum state.
Step5: locking each knob, check again that the spot on black paper is good, and coaxial with the red light. Otherwise, should be re-adjusted.
5. Check the position of the shutter
Rotate reflection lens holder, push the shutter to a light blocking position, observe whether the red light in the middle of the lens, which is located on the reflected light absorbing cone beam stop centers, if the incorrect position, can be a little adjustment, and finally, Special attention should carefully check whether the shutter reflex lens clean, contaminated lens in use will soon burst.
